When you create an account or use AnyInterview, we may collect the following information:

• Account information: name, email address, and password (hashed).
• OAuth profile data: if you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile picture from Google.
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, and interaction timestamps.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Create and manage your account.
• Provide, maintain, and improve the service.
• Communicate with you about updates, security alerts, and support.
• Analyze usage patterns to enhance the user experience.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase — authentication and database hosting.
• Google OAuth — optional sign-in provider.
• OpenAI API — used to generate interview questions, grade your answers, and provide text-to-speech. Your data is sent to OpenAI's API for processing only. Per OpenAI's API data usage policy, API inputs and outputs are not used to train their models.

These services have their own privacy policies governing the data they process on our behalf.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. You can delete your account at any time from your profile menu in the app. When you delete your account, all of your data is permanently deleted, including your jobs, questions, practice answers, scores, feedback, learner profiles, and usage history. If you have an active subscription, it will be cancelled automatically.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted passwords, secure HTTPS connections, and row-level security policies that ensure only you can access your own data. Voice input is transcribed on your device — we never store raw audio recordings. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Withdraw consent for data processing at any time.
